В настоящем наблюдается переход в организации управления инвестиционно-строительной деятельностью от традиционных форм к инновационным, к которым можно отнести инжиниринг и одноименную схему управления. Это связано в первую очередь с усложнением процессов как подготовки, так и реализации капиталовложений, увеличения количества участников инвестиционно-строительной деятельности. Для достижения определенных эффектов от использования инжиниринговой схемы управления строительством необходимо использовать  контракты жизненного цикла, которые могут стать генезисом для использования новаций в строительстве, поскольку в них на концептуальном уровне заложена мотивация исполнителей во внедрении новых строительных материалов и технологий.

In the present, there is a transition in the organization of investment and construction activity management from traditional forms to innovative ones, which as well include engineering and the management scheme. This is primarily due to the complication of the processes  of both preparation and implementation of capital investments, an increase in the number of participants in investment and construction activities. In order to achieve certain effects from the use of the engineering scheme of construction management, it is necessary to use life-cycle contracts, which can become the genesis for the use of innovations in construction, since they are conceptually based on the motivation of performers in the introduction of new building materials and technologies.
