Изучено влияние устойчивой нормативно-правовой и регуляторной политики на стоимость строительства АЭС. Устойчивость нормативно-правовой и нормативно-технической документации проекта строительства атомных станций имеет критическое значение для обеспечения зрелости и устойчивости проекта еще на этапе согласования. Представлены девять основных видов деятельности, которые должен осуществлять регулирующий орган с целью лицензирования устойчивости управления проектом строительства АЭС. Исследованы три этапа нормативного обеспечения устойчивости управления проектом строительства АЭС, а также проведена оценка влияния стоимости правовой и нормативно-технической документации на стоимость проекта строительства АЭС.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article discusses the stages of development of the development of legal and regulatory and technical documentation of the NPP construction project. The influence of a stable regulatory and regulatory policy on the cost of NPP construction has been studied. The stability of the regulatory and regulatory and technical documentation of the nuclear power plant construction project is critical to ensure the maturity and sustainability of the project at the approval stage. Nine main types of activities that the regulatory body should carry out in order to license the sustainability of the NPP construction project management are presented.
