The methodology of calendar and network planning in the management of capital construction projects, taking into account the capabilities of information modeling technologies

Abstract
Modern trends in the development of science and practice of construction indicate the possibility of regulating by economic methods the phenomena and processes occurring in the space of investment and construction activities in the direction of the implementation of sustainable development goals. In this regard, the subsystems of planning, fi nancing and pricing implement the tasks of ensuring the construction complex at hierarchical levels, maintaining the homeostatic equilibrium of the system, as well as measuring the effi ciency and profi tability of production and support processes.
