Abstract
The need for modernization and technological development of the national economy of the country leads to the formation of regional cluster policy, which leads to the growth of the construction industry. The article reflects the principles of interaction of clusters with public-private partnerships, their assistance and assistance in the creation of successful production and infrastructure projects in the country
