Author Guidelines

  1. Acceptance of articles to the editor and the composit of supporting documents

Reception of articles for publication in the journal is carried out continuously. Authors need to take into account that the process of consideration an article, reviewing, and editing and publishing takes a rather long time, and therefore the article received and approved by the editorial board will, as a rule, be published no earlier than 3 months from the day it was received. In this case, the date of receipt of the article will be considered the date of its receipt from the author in the final version after all the improvements and corrections according to the comments of reviewers and the editor.

Incorrectly executed materials are not considered, not reviewed and not returned! Also, manuscripts of articles and electronic copies on local media are not returned to the authors. At the same time, the editors do not enter into negotiations with the authors on their own initiative.

1.1. Articles are accepted for consideration and review through the online journal acceptance system Open Journal Systems.

Authors may submit an article to the editorial office only through the Open Journal Systems resource, or if you have any difficulty sending materials, please contact the editorial office by e-mail: e-mail: ttspo@umczdt.ru [LSh1]

The author, having registered in the system, downloads the article in the .doc, docx format together with the file of the consent form for publishing personal data communicated to him in the journal (hereinafter - the questionnaire of author).

The editors assume that the authors voluntarily provide information about themselves in the author's questionnaire in the required volume and composition (in accordance with the rules for the publication of scientific articles in journals) for their open publication.

All articles submitted to the editorial board undergo mandatory unilateral blind peer review. Based on the results of the review, the author is informed of the decision to publish, the comments of the reviewer and the editor, or the decision to reject the article. A message arrives at the author’s email address.

1.2. Acceptance for publication of the final version of the article. The final (after making corrections according to the comments of reviewers and the editor) version of the article is downloaded by the author through the Open Journal Systems for editing, proofreading, layout and publication in the journal.

1.3. Accompanying documents. Together with the article, the author uploads through the Open Journal Systems a questionnaire-consent for the publication of information about the author.

  1. Article design

An article is considered by the editorial board and reviewers only if its design meets the requirements set forth below for publications in scientific journals indexed by scientific citation bases.

All articles submitted to the journal’s editorial board, which have received positive reviews from reviewers and are recommended for publication, undergo mandatory editorial processing (editing, proofreading, technical editing). Editing according to the comments of the editor is agreed with the author.

The date of receipt of the article by the editorial office is the date of receipt and registration by the editorial office of the final author's original, taking into account all the changes made according to the comments of reviewers and the editor.

The journal is officially registered as bilingual; articles in Russian and / or English can be published in it.

INTRODUCTION

The purpose of the introduction is to review the current state of the problems considered in the article, designate a scientific problem and its relevance.

The introduction should include a review of modern original Russian and foreign scientific achievements in the subject area under consideration, research and results on which the presented work is based (Literature review). A literature review should emphasize the relevance and novelty of the issues considered in the study, on the basis of which the goals and objectives of this work are posed and described.

The introduction should contain information that will allow the reader to understand and evaluate the results of the research presented in the article.

Literature Review Guidelines

The list of sources includes at least 15 items, not taking into account references to regulatory documents (GOST, SNiP, SP), Internet resources (Internet sites that are not periodicals), reports, and sources that are not in the catalogs of leading Russian depository libraries (State Public Scientific and Technical Library, Russian National Library, Russian State Library), archives, etc. Such sources should be cited in footnotes at the bottom of the page. They are not included in the list of references at the end of the article. It is not recommended to refer to Internet resources that do not contain scientific information.

Among the sources, it is recommended to use publications in English over the past 3-5 years, indexed in the international citation-analytical databases Web of Science / Scopus, etc.

The composition of the sources should be relevant. Original sources not older than 10 years are recommended.

First of all, reference should be made to original sources from scientific journals included in global citation indices.

The level of publication is determined by the completeness and representativeness of the sources. At least 50% of foreign and Russian sources should be included in one of the leading citation indices:

MATERIALS AND METHODS

The results of the study should be described so that the reader can trace its stages and evaluate the validity of the conclusions made by the author. This is the main section, the purpose of which is to analyze the working hypothesis (hypotheses) by analyzing, summarizing and clarifying the data. The results, if necessary, are confirmed by illustrations (tables, graphs, figures), which represent the source material or evidence in folded form. It is important that the illustrated information does not duplicate what is already given in the text. The results presented in the article should be compared with previous works in this area by both the author and other researchers. Such a comparison will additionally reveal the novelty of the work done, give it objectivity. The results of the study should be summarized, but at the same time contain enough information to evaluate the conclusions made.

CONCLUSION AND DISCUSSION

As part of the discussion, possible prospects for the development of the topic under discussion can be made.

The conclusion contains a brief statement of the results of the study. It summarizes the main thoughts of the main part of the work. In this section, it is necessary to compare the results obtained with the goal indicated at the beginning of the work. In conclusion, the results of comprehension of the topic are summarized, conclusions, generalizations are made and recommendations arising from the work are given, their practical significance is emphasized, and the main directions for further research in this area are determined. In the final part of the article, it is desirable to include the prospects for the development of research in the direction chosen by the author.
