BUILDING STRUCTURES, BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES. GROUNDS AND FOUNDATIONS

7-12 81
Abstract

During the superstructure or reconstruction of buildings and structures in conditions of dense urban development, it is often necessary to strengthen the foundations of buildings in order to extend their service life. In addition, the need to strengthen the foundations may be due to an increase in operating loads, which in turn can cause additional precipitation of the foundations, including uneven ones. To prevent the development of such sediments, the foundations are reinforced according to a specially developed project. Often, in conditions of dense urban development, the choice of the method of strengthening the foundations is quite limited, due to the tightness of the conditions of work and the proximity of the buildings of the surrounding development. The article provides examples of strengthening foundations at reconstruction sites in conditions of dense urban development in Moscow. The results of the work are given and analyzed. The results of the study can be useful in the development and subsequent implementation of projects to strengthen the foundations of existing buildings in dense urban development in similar conditions.

BUILDING MATERIALS

Abstract

The reliability of operation of buildings and structures, including bridges and overpasses, is influenced not only by the design, but also by the technologies and materials used in construction, which ensure the necessary durability of the structure [1-5]. The  unsatisfactory state of waterproofing leads to the destruction of concrete and corrosion of the reinforcement of the slab and beams of superstructures, which is the cause of premature failure of bridge structures. The task is to identify directions for the promising use of technologies and materials for sprayed polymer waterproofing on reinforced concrete and steel orthotropic slabs of superstructures of bridge structures and, additionally, capital construction projects. High-quality waterproofing on bridge structures is directly related to the arrangement of the roadway. The design and materials must be such as to reduce the harmful effects of external factors on the coating of the driving surface. The requirements for the elements of the bridge deck, set out in various sections of SNiP 2.05.03-84 *, do not fully provide reliable protection of reinforced concrete load-bearing structures from corrosion damage by water penetrating through the pavement and salts dissolved in it.

TECHNOLOGY AND ORGANIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION

33-41 95
Abstract

The article is devoted to the organization, scientific substantiation and approaches to the development of technical regulation in construction. Methods and principles of regulation of construction processes are analyzed. It is shown that the most effective are analytical methods for the formation of labor standards. The influence of technical regulation on the process of introducing new technologies and the reliability of determining the estimated cost of construction is emphasized. A retrospective of the emergence of a regulatory framework for labor in construction is presented. The implementation of the procedure for the development and approval of labor standards for typical work operations and homogeneous work is presented. It was noted that an important and integral part of the pricing system and estimated rationing in construction are the Unified norms and prices for construction, installation and repair and construction work (UNP). An assessment of the frequency of using UNP in the development of estimate norms is carried out on the example of an analysis of the calculation of construction resources. In order to improve the quality of estimated standards and reduce the time for the introduction of new technologies in construction, options are proposed for the development of a regulatory framework for labor and estimated rationing in the construction industry

TECHNOSPHERE SAFETY

Abstract

The article is devoted to solving the scientific and practical problem of improving the quality of organizational and technological solutions (OTP) in construction due to the rapid assessment of the parameters of organizational and technological solutions. The author examines the main stages of the implementation of the investment and construction project, identifies critical paths in the consideration and adoption of organizational and technological solutions and identifies potential resources to improve the quality of design solutions with the use of actual design methods based on information modeling technology in construction. To solve the problems of optimizing the adoption of organizational and technological solutions, the author proposes a method for forecasting and estimating the integral parameters of design solutions based on the neural network model. The method is based on the formation of a training matrix, which includes key indicators of implemented projects including: parameters that characterize the external environment of the facility, expert assessments and indicators of the constructive, technological and organizational component of project solutions. The method allows taking into account the application of certain technologies and individual design parameters of building products in various environmental conditions, assessing the risks associated with the implementation of the organizational and technological solutions under consideration. The application of the proposed model, which carries out the analysis of the risks of organizational and technological solutions in the context of a specific construction object, has the advantages of considering solutions without reference to the object and its external environment. As a result, the choice of the organizational and technological solution becomes more justified, taking into account the total risks.

LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OBJECTS

Abstract

This article discusses the stages of development of the development of legal and regulatory and technical documentation of the NPP construction project. The influence of a stable regulatory and regulatory policy on the cost of NPP construction has been studied. The stability of the regulatory and regulatory and technical documentation of the nuclear power plant construction project is critical to ensure the maturity and sustainability of the project at the approval stage. Nine main types of activities that the regulatory body should carry out in order to license the sustainability of the NPP construction project management are presented. Three stages of regulatory support for the sustainability of NPP construction project management were investigated, as well as an assessment of the impact of the cost of legal and regulatory and technical documentation on the cost of the NPP construction project was carried out.

ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the mechanism of regulation of investment and construction activities in the energy sector, aimed at ensuring its sustainable development. It is established that sustainable development consists of the stability of the system and its processes, while the stability of the system includes structural, organizational and functional components. Stability is one of the main requirements for cybernetic systems. In this regard, the article presents the formulated basic elements of sustainable development of investment and construction activities in the energy sector, which made it possible on this basis to determine the basic principles of sustainable development in the subject area under consideration.
