BUILDING STRUCTURES, BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES. GROUNDS AND FOUNDATIONS

56-63 18
Abstract

In connection with the promotion of the Moscow transport development program, the rapid construction of new Moscow Metro stations is taking place. The continuous growth in the number of metropolitan residents creates the need for careful development of the infrastructure of individual areas. The purpose of this article is to change the concept of the microdistrict at the Lesoparkovaya metro station, create on its basis two diverse concepts and subsequently identify a more effective option for the modernization and development of the infrastructure under study. To accomplish this task, the existing concept of the area was analyzed, on the basis of which advantages and disadvantages were identifi ed, and proposals were formulated for the development of the metro station and increasing its traffi c. In addition, a calculation was made in the Plaxis 2D software package, the results of which revealed the estimated zone of infl uence of the construction of the business park. When analyzing the stress-strain state, it was found that the deformations of the wall in the ground and the foundation slab do not exceed the maximum permissible.

BUILDING MATERIALS

Abstract

The article presents experimental studies that have shown the effectiveness of various methods for preventing the formation of efflorescence on the surface of stone structures. Priority in this direction should be given to complex additives that exclude salting at all stages of hardening of masonry mortars

TECHNOSPHERE SAFETY

Abstract

On the basis of system analysis of “big challenges” and technogenic threats to the habitat, contributing to its approach to the “point of no return”, a qualitatively new complex multi-D model of sustainable development of socio-natural system and methodology of generation of scientifi cally based, optimally effective “Strategy of technosphere safety” on the basis of “intellect collider” - generator of innovative strategic ideas and advanced technologies formed on the basis of artifi cial intelligence.

The basis of “intellect collider” is a methodology of hierarchically mutually coordinated system of collection, processing, analysis and subsequent synthesis of “collective intelligence” circulating on the Internet in the fi eld of development of socio-natural system of search for the causes of reduction of technospheric safety and generation, on this basis of optimally effective strategy for sustainable development of civilization.

ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION

Abstract

Modern trends in the development of science and practice of construction indicate the possibility of regulating by Construction, as a branch of material production, is currently characterized by the increasing complexity of the tasks being solved. The genesis of the process of implementing measures aimed at achieving this goal should be the use of new organizational forms and methods, the most promising of which are cluster structures.

Abstract

Aim. Investment and construction activity as a technical and economic system is a large complex of coordinated elements, interdependent within a more complex structure and logically forming a single whole, the management of which is carried out on the basis of the control actions established in the plan. This article is devoted to the system of strategic controlling, as well as to the parameters and factors that determine its state and development at the corporate level. The new concept of organization of system management at the corporate level is based on the desire to ensure optimal functioning in the long term by taking into account changes in the external environment when achieving strategic goals, interrelating operational and strategic plans for investment and construction activities, creating an effective monitoring system, adjusting plans and programs, organizational structure to increase its flexibility and ability to adequately respond to fluctuations externally the second medium.

Methods. Approaches and principles of management organization, system engineering and organizational modeling were used.

Results. A formalized description of the process of functioning of the strategic controlling system is made. The main and supporting processes and their complexes, which occur in investment and construction activities and determined by strategic and operational plans, are due to various flows of labor, raw materials, materials, energy, fixed assets and investments. The set of streams entering the system forms the input vector, and the results of the processes taking place in this system are embodied in flows of similar composition. The totality of these flows forms an output vector.

Main conclusions. The increase in the complexity of investment and construction activities as a technical and economic system as a whole may indicate the expansion of construction production and the deepening of its specialization, especially in the framework of projects for the construction of unique and technically complex facilities. The system of strategic controlling of dynamic properties of the structure of investment and construction activity allows to determine the optimal configuration of connections between its elements and ensure the targeted implementation of the TIC of the strategic plan.

Abstract

Aim. Investment and construction activity as a technical and economic system is a large complex of coordinated elements, interdependent within a more complex structure and logically forming a single whole, the management of which is carried out on the basis of the control actions established in the plan. The system of strategic controlling of construction of technically complex and unique objects assumes identification of factors influencing the functioning of investment and construction activities. The article proposes a classification of the parameters of the strategic controlling system for the construction of technically complex facilities.

Methods. The approaches and principles of organization of management, systems engineering, as well as methods of linear programming, organizational and simulation modeling are used in the article.

Results. Three groups of key controllable parameters have been identified that allow one to directly assess the progress of an investment and construction project and make timely management decisions: value; temporary; production (power), a classification of the parameters of the strategic controlling system for the construction of technically complex facilities was developed.

Main conclusions. The nomenclature of documents, materials that determine the input parameters of the parametric model depends on the complexity of the construction object, the volume and type of financing, as well as the functional content of the construction organizer. Taking into account the volume of controlled parameters, characteristic for the construction of especially dangerous, technically complex and unique objects, an effective, rational and organizationally isolated system is needed that can adequately respond to all external and internal transformations of investment and construction activities and implements three types of control: built-in, current operational), postcontrol (inspection).
