BUILDING STRUCTURES, BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES. GROUNDS AND FOUNDATIONS

121-125 50
Abstract

In the process of designing buildings and structures - capital construction projects, all necessary surveys are carried out at the construction site, regulated by current regulatory documents. When choosing the type of foundation, the results of geotechnical surveys play a major role. The heterogeneity of engineering-geological strata, even within one specific area, can force designers to reflect in design solutions various methods of constructing foundations for residential buildings with the same loads and number of floors, including standard series. Performing calculations in modern software systems perfectly solves design problems. Based on the calculation results, it is possible to optimally select the material and cross-section of the main load-bearing structures, taking into account the requirements for operational reliability and durability. However, during the construction process, factors that were not taken into account during design may arise that can have a negative impact on the load-bearing capacity and subsequent operation of the facility. One such factor may be a sudden deterioration in the physical and mechanical properties of the soil base, caused by both objective and subjective reasons. At the same time, the construction of the facility is carried out above the zero cycle; the foundations and part of the floors have already been completed. The article provides examples of technical solutions to prevent the tilting of a multi-storey building under construction, caused by an unplanned deterioration of the properties of foundation soils, in the area of the village of Ostrovtsy, Ramensky urban district, Moscow region. The results of the work are given and analyzed. The causes of negative processes have been studied. The results of the study may be useful in the design and subsequent construction of modern buildings in similar conditions.

Abstract

In the article, based on the results of studies of dispersed reinforced concrete, a comparative analysis of the influence of different dosages of basalt and polypropylene fibers on the compressive strength and tensile strength in bending of the studied concretes was carried out. The issues of the corrosive effect of cement hydration products on basalt, glass and polymer fibers are considered. An assessment was made of the effective areas of application of basalt and polypropylene fibers in dispersed reinforced concrete.

TECHNOLOGY AND ORGANIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION

Abstract

The availability of parking spaces for personal or other vehicles is one of the most important elements of the infrastructure of any building. Lack of space for additional parking spaces is a major problem in urban infrastructure development, especially in dense existing urban areas. One of the modern solutions is the use of automatic or semiautomatic parking, which is not only economically beneficial to the developer or owner of the property, but also offers ample opportunities for the reconstruction of objects of various levels of complexity, including buildings with the status of a cultural heritage site. The article provides an example of the installation of underground automatic parking at a reconstruction site in a dense urban area. The results of its installation on the construction site with the preservation of landscaping elements and the preservation of the technical specifications of the general plan of the site with a simultaneous increase in parking spaces are described. An analysis of the need for additional parking spaces was carried out. The economic efficiency of installing underground parking at a specific reconstruction site in Moscow is presented.

TECHNOSPHERE SAFETY

Abstract

The use of engineering in construction not only as a methodology, but also as an effective practice, especially in relation to the construction of nuclear facilities. Projection of this paradigm onto the commissioning stage and considering engineering of the same name as part of the overall construction management system for nuclear facilities. The article notes that one of the most important areas of engineering development, including commissioning work during the construction of nuclear facilities, is digitalization. This, in turn, should give impetus towards the formation of a corporate regulatory framework for labor, which will become the basis for the development of standards necessary for the industry and will allow us to study organizational and technological schemes for performing work in order to prepare proposals for their optimization and the development of standard corporate documents and standards. The result may be an increase in the quality of nuclear facilities, a reduction in the cost and duration of their construction due to the adoption of adequate management and technical solutions for commissioning.

LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OBJECTS

Abstract

This article discusses the issues of updating educational programs in the construction industry through the use of information modeling based on the Synchro and Newisworks programs.

The development of the construction industry in the field of information modeling, the introduction of BIM technologies into the processes of design, construction and operation proves the effectiveness of this technology. To realize the potential of optimizing technological and business processes through the use of modern technologies, specialists with high competence in this field are required. In this regard, it is impossible to imagine the training of specialists - construction engineers - without the use in educational processes of tools similar to those used by advanced developers and companies specializing in BIM technologies.

ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION

Abstract

The article points out the possibility of solving the problem of staffing construction production within the framework of an engineering management scheme through a type of outsourcing - outstaffing, i.e. use of freelance workers. In this regard, the article provides a schematic diagram of the implementation of outstaffing in construction. The organizational and economic mechanism of the process of interaction between a construction company and an outstaffing company assumes that the latter becomes the formal employer for the employees of the construction company and assumes full legal and financial responsibility for them. An organizational scheme for staffing based on the principles of outstaffing allows companies using freelance labor and companies that own labor resources to obtain a tangible effect, and also contributes to the development of new approaches to organizing construction production management.
