BUILDING STRUCTURES, BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES. GROUNDS AND FOUNDATIONS
The availability of parking spaces for personal or other vehicles is one of the most important elements of the infrastructure of any building. Lack of space for additional parking spaces is a big problem in urban infrastructure development; especially in dense existing urban areas. One of the modern solutions is the use of automatic or semiautomatic parking; which is not only economically beneficial to the developer or owner of the property; but also offers ample opportunities for the reconstruction of objects of various levels of complexity; including buildings that have the status of a cultural heritage site. The article provides an example of the installation of underground automatic parking at a reconstruction site in a dense urban area. The results of its installation on the construction site with the preservation of landscaping elements and the preservation of the technical specifications of the general plan of the site with a simultaneous increase in parking spaces are described. An analysis of the need for additional parking spaces was carried out. The economic efficiency of installing underground parking at a specific reconstruction site in Moscow is presented.
BUILDING MATERIALS
The article presents the results of comparative tests of activated diatomites and AMD of various origins and shows that the proposed technology of activation of natural diatomites significantly increases the effectiveness of their use in dry building mixes.
TECHNOLOGY AND ORGANIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION
The construction of the transport industry being conducted throughout Russia; with its extensive transport network. The construction of these facilities needs to be developed and improved taking into account the use of new materials and technologies of production operations that effectively affect the quality and life time of objects of the transport industry. One example is the use of mesh structures in the construction of bridges and tunnels; strengthening of slopes and reinforcement of the soil.
TECHNOSPHERE SAFETY
The concept of public-private partnership is a relatively innovative mechanism that serves to combine public and private enterprise investments in the implementation of large infrastructure projects. The growing awareness of the urgency of the problem of the volume of budget investments forces the state to look for alternative fi nancing mechanisms. Especially in the energy sector, where maintaining independence is one of the highest priorities of any state. In these conditions, public-private partnership is the most relevant form of implementation of large investment projects in Russia.
LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OBJECTS
The purpose of the study was to formulate principles for improving classical scheduling methods, taking into account statistically based planning tools and modern automation and digitalization capabilities from the current level of technology and the corresponding software of domestic vendors for the construction complex. This article provides a step-by-step methodology for calendar and network planning, based on a preliminary calculation of the degree of deviation of the forecast deadlines for construction and installation work, compliance with milestones and deadlines for the project as a whole. A text and graphic description of the fundamental stages of this technique is provided.
ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION
Modern trends in the development of science and practice of construction indicate the possibility of regulating by economic methods the phenomena and processes occurring in the space of investment and construction activities in the direction of the implementation of sustainable development goals. In this regard, the subsystems of planning, fi nancing and pricing implement the tasks of ensuring the construction complex at hierarchical levels, maintaining the homeostatic equilibrium of the system, as well as measuring the effi ciency and profi tability of production and support processes.
