Assessment of investment value, making investment decisions, and successful implementation of investment and construction projects at all stages of the life cycle depend on a high-quality feasibility study of budget investments. The purpose of the work is to justify budget investments (calculation of the estimated (marginal) cost) by modeling and reducing the cost of the corresponding types of work of similar objects to the required capacity indicators or types of work specified in the design task or pre-project documentation.
The analysis of technical requirements and conditions affecting the formation of pre-project solutions (development), as a result, the possibility and feasibility of the proposed investment and construction project. Estimating the (marginal) cost of the construction performed in the framework of the development of documentation, justification of budget investments is carried out in accordance with the established administrative-territorial, organizational, technical and technological pre-design solutions and variational solutions, and implemented on the basis of the simulation values and types of work, object-analogue.
Justification of budget investments is provided by an example of calculating the estimated (marginal) cost, performed using indicators of the cost and types of work of an analog object and taking into account the features and requirements set by the design assignment and pre-project documentation.
The significance of the research consists in the practical application of the process of modeling the cost indicators of analogous objects in the formation of documentation on the justification of investments, assessment of investment value and making investment decisions.
